
You don’t have to give up cereal just because you are eating clean!
We know that the boxed cereals available at the grocery are usually loaded with sugars and processed ingredients. But thankfully, I came across a healthy cereal version that is even competition prep approved!!! Plus the flavor possibilities are endless! my current favorite is pumpkin protein powder with plain rice cakes.

Chocolate lovers – try chocolate protein with chocolate rice cakes…and maybe even sneak in a few Lily’s Stevia Sweetened chocolate chips.
And go ahead and add a few pieces of fruit on top to make it extra tasty.

Ingredients:
2 Rice cakes
1 scoop whey protein powder
Water
2 Rice cakes
1 scoop whey protein powder

1. Crumble rice cakes in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix protein powder with enough water to make a milk-like consistency.
3. Pour protein ‘milk’ over crumbled rice cakes.
Approximate Macros: 24 g protein, 28 g carbs, 2 g fat
*Macros will vary depending on flavors, brands, and add-ons you use.
