Ab routines all tend to be the same…crunch, crunch, crunch, and leg lifts. Repeat.
But those routines are leaving out one VERY IMPORTANT element of ab strength: balance.
Here’s a great move to challenge your balance and make your core muscles work in a new and exciting way! So make sure to smile while you do this exercise…your slim and trim waistline is just around the corner!

1-Leg Rotation and Balance
Try doing 3 rounds of this for 5 circles EACH way on EACH leg!
Start slow and with a light weight if you are having trouble balancing on one foot.
And remember, balance is like speaking a language – if you don’t use it or practice it, you will lose it!
If it is challenging, you NEED to keep doing it!
