
Sriracha Turkey Burgers – incredibly moist and just a touch spicy!

Getting ready for the official start of summer this weekend by testing some new burger recipes and this one was the winner.

Recipe:
1 lb 98% lean ground turkey
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
5 g grated ginger
20 g liquid aminos
30 g sriracha
15 g light mayo
Splash of lime juice

Mix all ingredients. (Mixture will be very wet and moist.) Shape into 4 patties and cook 5 minutes side (or until no longer pink in the middle) in a skillet over medium heat.
Serve in a bun or lettuce wrap. –
