You know I had to get in at least one more pumpkin recipe before the end of pumpkin season!
Here is a fabulous one that takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and will help ward off cravings for baked goods.
I love it in the morning with my cup of coffee!
Pumpkin Spice Chia Protein Mug Cake
2 scoops Isagenix Pumpkin IsaLean Shake
1 T chia seed
1/4 c egg whites
2 T unsweetened applesauce
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 drops vanilla
Spray microwave safe mug with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients in the mug, then add wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Microwave on high for 70-80 seconds.
Use a spoon to pull cake edges away from the sides and flip onto a plate for serving.
