I just can’t get enough lemons!!
Not only are we ‘WOWers’ consuming lemons in our warm water every morning, (and if you aren’t part of our Lemon Water Challenge for the month of May, click this link to read about SEVEN awesome reasons why you should be! It’s never too late to start living healthier!), we are also striving to include them in our meals each day.
Below is an a tasty recipe you can whip up in just 5 minutes! Plus it’s full of protein and healthy probiotics –both of which burn fat and help give you a flat belly – just in time for swimsuit season!

Strawberry Lemon Overnight Oats
1/4 c old fashioned oats
1 Tablespoon crushed walnuts
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1/4 c Water
1 c Greek yogurt
1-2 teaspoons of Stevia/ 5-8 liquid drops Stevia
1/3 c sliced strawberries
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the first 4 ingredients with just enough water to moisten the oats. Layer this on the bottom of your dish.
Combine yogurt, lemon, and Stevia. Layer this on top of the oats.
Top with strawberries.
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!
*Make 3 servings to share or so you are set for ther set of the week!
