4 egg whites
1/2 c oats
1/4 c plain greek yogurt or 1 % cottage cheese
2 T peanut butter
2 T Stevia
Blend all ingredients in a Magic Bullet (or mix by hand).
Prepare on stove top as either 1 large or 2 medium pancakes.
Top with 1 T maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey (optional).*Quadruple this recipe to make enough for the week. Save the other 3 portions in the fridge.
