Booty Sculpt!
The best body part to focus on when you don’t have any equipment and want to get in a high calorie burn is glutes. They are the biggest muscle in your body and therefore require a lot of energy, aka calories, to get through the workout.
Warm-up: 1 minute jog in place, 1 minute jumping jacks
Circuit: 3 sets of 15 reps each exercise
1. Squat and side kick (be sure to do each side!)
2. Squats Pulse
3. Single Leg Dead Lift to Hop (each side)
4. Lunge with a pulse (each side)
Rest 30 seconds and repeat.
Cardio:
1. Squat Jump Tabata* (modify by taking out the jump)
2. Plank Tabata*
Tabata: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds
