“I AM WORTHY” Fall Challenge
September 13 – November 22, 2017
This challenge is based on the same workouts and nutrition philosophy I use to stay photo shoot ready year round. In order to create a beautiful physique and have a NORMAL, healthy lifestyle, you need to properly fuel your workouts and busy lifestyle with whole, yummy meals and be able to choose foods that you (and your family) love to eat.
I don’t believe in roller coaster dieting or killing yourself for hours at the gym. We all have lives to live!
Therefore, during your workouts, you’ll focus on different muscle groups and target them for no more than an hour in an effective and efficient manner to get the best results possible. Smart exercise is the key to making the most of your time and carving out muscle to make your shoulders, abs, and booties POP!
With this online program, you receive all the tools you need to create a solid foundation for a happy mind, a healthy digestive system, and a strong, feel-good body.
What’s Inside the Challenge:
10 weeks of training. This includes 3 different sets of workouts that will build in intensity using a progressive method. This will include various strength and conditioning focuses to help you achieve a well-rounded physique and to avoid plateaus in your progress.
Cardio recommendations. I often hear, “I don’t know what type of cardio to do and when.” Well, now you can stop stressing! I’m going to tell you exactly what to do. This challenge includes which days to perform cardio, for how long, which type (ex: steady state, HIIT, etc), and how to increase intensity and effectiveness of cardio sessions as you progress through the program.
Nutrition. You will be receiving suggested menus to follow according to your weight and activity level. Macro calculating is an option and will require more homework on your part. But in the long run, if you choose this route, it is worth while to learn how your body needs to be fueled.
Supplements. This includes which vitamins and supplements to take, how much, and when to take them. Of course, supplements are not required but they are a huge part of building a physique and improving your performance. I use Isagenix products to help save me time in meal prep. You will see Isagenix products in your suggested menus but also have the option of replacing that meal with a suggested alternative. You and your medical provider should discuss any supplements you’d like to add from my suggestions.
ME! And a supportive team of like-minded women to cheer you on. As a WOW Ninja, you will be added to the private WOW Facebook group page. This group is a friendly, safe, and AMAZING place to post your progress photos and personal updates, share information with other WOW girls, ask questions, and become your own personal best – all while bringing out the WOW factor in each other! It’s also there as a way to stay accountable and motivated as you move through the program and beyond. You will have lifetime access to the group once the challenge is done.
