and I’m excited to share with you what WOW Camp is all about…At WOW Camp, the focus is on giving you the information you need to succeed in fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Throughout the weekend, you will sweat, learn proper exercise form and technique, discover the benefits of flexible dieting, and get mentally ready to conquer your 2019 goals!

Camp Itinerary:
8:30 AM Registration
9:00 AM Welcome, Camp Picture, and Boot Camp Style Workout
10:15 AM Break
10:30 AM Flexible Dieting 101
12:00 PM Break for Lunch
12:30 PM WOW Mindset
1:15 PM Training for Aesthetics vs Performance
1:45 PM Weight Training Session
3:00 PM Break
3:30 PM Pilates Class
4:30 PM Camp Closing

(includes camp tank top
as well as lots of prizes and give-aways)
