How the challenge works:

3The challenge will be four (4) weeks in length. You may start any time between July 6 and July 14.

  • Participants must complete all 20 workouts in the program by August 10. The app will track your workouts for you so all you need to do is complete each workout and it will be logged.

    Each week you’ll perform:
    • three 30-40 outdoor running workouts, from speeds intervals to hills to timed distance runs 
    • two 30-minute strength workouts with dumbbells
    • an optional Pilates-focused day (which can be purchased here)
    • a complete rest day to let your muscle rest and recover 

    Everyone who successfully finishes the challenge will be entered into a drawing to win Laura’s Flexible Dieting E-Book plus a copy of her next program on TriadXP.

    Laura will invite you to a private ‘TnT Virtual Transformation Program to benefit St. Jude’s’ Facebook group page where she will engage with you daily to boost motivation, answer questions and facilitate interaction between group members.

    There will be fun weekly themes for posting pics as well! All we ask is that when you post these pics, you tag both @Laura.Tarbell and @Triad_XP.

    Themes tentatively will be:

    Week 1: What should you eat Pre and Post workout? Post a picture of your post workout meal.

    Week 2: How to stay motivated when the sparkle of the challenge fades? Post a pic of what motivates you.

    Week 3: Why recovery is important? Post a pic of what you did this week to recover better.

    Week 4: What happens after the challenge? Post a progress pic of yourself or of your running improvement/ speed improvement through the challenge.

REFUND POLICY

Once a client has received a program, there will BE NO REFUND (no exceptions). If a client paid, but did not receive a program, then we will issue a refund within 60 days of purchase date. If we issue a refund for a program, there will be a $100.00 processing fee charged to the client.
If a client decides halfway through their program that they no longer want to continue at that time, we will freeze the program with the remaining weeks. There will be a 2-year time frame within which a client can use their credit.  After 2 years your credit will expire. When the client returns, they will not receive a new program but pick back up where they started with Laura. If a client has 2 weeks or less left on their program and decides to freeze, there will be NO CREDIT.
