High-Protein Banana Pancakes! My kids LOVED this one this morning for breakfast. They turn out so moist, thick and fluffy, who wouldn’t like them!
Ingredients
1/3 c plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 scoop GNC Banana Cream protein powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 an overripe banana
1/2 c oat flour (or flour of choice)

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a Magic Bullet. Spray a frying pan with non-stick cooking oil. Cook on the stove top over medium-high heat until each side is lightly browned. Top with sliced banana and no-calorie pancake syrup.
Macros 4 g fat, 36 G protein, 48 g carbs.
