Healthy Sweet Potato Fries
2-3 Sweet Potatoes or Yams
Pinch of Sea Salt
Preheat Oven to 350.
Peel Sweet Potatoes and cut into fry shape.
Melt 1 tbsp. Coconut oil in glass dish in the microwave.
Combine coconut oil, salt, and fries, and toss to coat.
Spread on baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Flip.
Bake for 10 more minutes.
Enjoy when cooled or roll in a paper towel and chill in refrigerator.
