Blueberry BLISS Green Smoothie
3/4 c Blueberries
2 cups Arugula/ Spinach
4 cups Romaine Lettuce
1 medium lemon (peeled)
1/2- 1 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed (optional)
1 scoop Magnum Greens
1 tsp Stevia (optional)
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender with 8 oz water and a handful of ice.
Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Change water and ice measurements for desired consistency.
