So easy and quick! There’s no excuse not to get your protein in now for breakfast.
30 g Strawberry protein powder
60 g egg whites
Stevia to taste (optional)
Water to consistency
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add water to desired pancake consistency. Cook over medium high heat on the stove top, flipping the pancake when each side is slightly brown.
Top with fresh strawberries and calorie-free syrup.

3 Tips to help you make the perfect protein pancake!
- Cover the pan when frying to cook through well, otherwise they’ll be harder to flip.
- Keep your protein pancakes small, about 3 inches in diameter, so they are easier to flip. I like to use my perfect egg cooker! Why not?!
- Use a very thin spatula. the thinner the better.
